TP-701A
TP-701A is an autoclave machine and its main function is to eliminate bubble for all kinds of laminated panel products. This machine is equipped with a monolithic cylindrical chamber tank, highly efficient resistive-heating system, accurate temperature control, and automatic pressure detection and control system. With features like large capacity, stable performance, high safety level, flexible control, TP-701A series machines are widely used in late process of touch panel manufacturing with excellent bubble elimination results. TP-701A is semi-auto and operated by a single person. Operator needs to manually load the product to the machine, while the whole bubble elimination process will be tracked and controlled automatically till the completion, after that it will signal the operator to remove product from the machine.
